- Only for junior residents.
- Presenter must be a PLM/Life Member of IADVL.
- Only original research will be accepted.
- Only 8 best papers will be selected by the Scientific Committee for competition and presentation, on the basis of merit.
- Scientific Committee will have full right to cancel or change award paper to free paper/ e-poster.
Free Papers and E-Posters:
- Open to all IADVL members

- Maximum 2 abstracts per presenter (only 1 award paper allowed).

- Last date to submit: 15 September 2025
- Selection notification by: 30 September 2025
- Residents must upload a letter from their HOD verifying authenticity and category.
ABSTRACT FORMAT – CUTICON MP 2025
- Title:
Must be typed in BLOCK LETTERS.
Leave a double space between the title and the name of the presenter. - Presenter Details:
Include the presenter’s full name and email address directly below the title, followed by affiliations, and complete contact details. - Font & Formatting:
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font size.
Maintain clear formatting without additional styling (e.g., no bold/italics except where necessary). - Word Limit:
Abstracts must not exceed 300 words, excluding the title, names, affiliations, and complete contact details.
This word limit applies to Free Papers, Award Papers, and E-Posters. - Abstract Structure:
For Research Studies, follow a structured format:
Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion.
For Case Reports, follow this format:
Background, Case Synopsis, Discussion. - Submission Deadline:
The last date for abstract submission is 15th September 2025. - Submission Format and Method:
Submit your abstract in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format.
